My auto-import stops working every few minutes on Stars, i.e. no new hands are imported anymore and the hud is frozen with the statistics of the hand that has been imported last. When clicking on 'stop auto-import' the software stays in the 'stopping...' state but does not stop the auto-import ever at all (file locks?). Only killing the application hard and restarting helps, but after a few minutes it freezes again.
I'm using Vista SP1, have already tried re-installing HEM, using the newest beta, creating a new database and changing the opacity/force on top settings - which did not help at all. The software showed this behavior from the beginning on, i.e. it never worked correctly in the first place. I'd be glad for any assistance on this matter.
