exporting hands

Hello,
I am trying to export hands from HM into a dropbox folder for my backer, i have been looking around the forums but not sure how to do this? I'm a noob and im sure it's simple but any help would be appreciated. thanks.

Rightclick the hands (in the hands or sessions tab)--> select Export All Hands to Harddrive
