My default report is set to 'Winnings Summary'. At the moment it counts 3465 hands played today. The graph says 3336 hands. There are no filters selected. I've refreshed each tab 100 times. I select the 'By Stakes' report, and it shows 3336 hands. On the 'Winnings Summary' report the number 3336 appears but to the left of the hands column under the 'game type description' label.

I'd like to know which amount is right because there's a significant difference in profit in the 3465 vs 3336 amounts.

edit: The numbers also don't match up over the course of the month. Actually, they don't match up over any time frame.

That FAQ was pretty unhelpful... nothing there that I haven't already tried doing. In addition, I searched some more and couldn't find anything.

You really want me to create a new DB? I have so many hands it'll take forever to get up and running again... I don't see how that help either really when the issue isn't just hands from a long time ago -- each new day there is a discrepancy. I never know how much I'm actually up or down, so it's pretty frustrating.

Okay I just made a change. Before just a second ago, the "by stakes" report was default while the "winnings summary" report was edited to my preference. The 2 reports did not match up before this, but now they match up exactly. Before the change to "by stakes" just now, the "by stakes" matched up exactly with the graphs tab. Now, however, the graphs tab matches neither report... so are both reports wrong now or is the graph wrong?

Also, when I go vs players and set the filter to today or some recent time frame, it shows hands from months and months ago... In addition my DB is pretty slow at loading.... It hasn't been that long since I purged hands or did DB maintenance... but sigh, I guess the only solution is to export all hands and re-import? That'll take at least a day if previous experience is any indication.

Maybe I should try putting the reports back to their default presentation? What is it? I couldn't find it through a FAQ search...

create a NEW database. reimport all your hands.
