I recently requested all of my tournament summaries from FTP for 2009, which they sent to me in one bulk file. Since it included roughly 1 million hands spread out across about 35,000 sit n go's, the .txt document was over 1gb in size and was 'too big to open' with Windows Notepad.

Since it was just one giant file, all HEM said was that it was processing certain parts of a 569 part large file. It ran for a day and a half and finally finished. Upon finishing, I saw that it displayed ~918,000 import errors and none of my tournaments appear to have been imported at all. I went to the HEM Import Errors log and it seems to be the same type of error over and over again:

B:\Program Files (x86)\PokerTracker 3\Processed\Super Turbos\$10\FT20100421 $10 + $0.50 Sit&Go (Sup Turbo) (155496042), Table 1 - 15-30 - No Limit Hold'em.txt ERROR: 25P02: current transaction is aborted, commands ignored until end of transaction block

Is this error because the size of the file is too big or is there another reason for this? I requested 6 months worth of HHs from FTP for the first half of 2010, which was about 40% of the size of this file and it imported without issue. Any advice that might shed some light on what the 25P02 error is and how to fix the issue would be most helpful.

Thanks,

Rob

Yep, the file size is a problem.
You need to split the file. I think notepad++ can do this or you should use a file splitter or sth. like that.
