Linking HEM to new sites

Sorry these are probably on the forum somewhere but if they are they aren't easy to find.

I'm trying to find instructions to link HEM to new sites I'm going to download - Titan Poker and Poker Heaven (Boss network). Where can I find these?

Do you know which set of instuctions I should follow if I enrol onto 888.com? Is it i-poker or Boss Media or another skin?

OK thanks. Can I make a suggestion - let us know which skin relates to which site so that it's easier to find out which instructions to use?

Yep, we sometimes have the same problems to find this out.

OK the auto import is fine but I cannot get any HUD up when I'm in 888. The hand histories are showing up in HEM but no HUD.

Is this something to do with the hero name? When I set this up it is showing as tangerine53 but the actual name in 888 is Tangerine53 (with a capital T). I don' understand why HEM is picking up the hand histories etc looking up tangerine53 but the HUD won't work on the same basis. I've tried changing the hero name to reflect the capital T but it won't do it.

Please can you help?

Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

Make sure the hand histories and poker client are in English. Set your Windows Regional and Language Settings to English (US). Restart your PC.


Try the table finder - FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Configuring Table Finder to Show HUD (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/60/Configuring+Table+Finder+to+Show+HUD+)

Make sure you follow the directions exactly.

Pick the table name in the table finder window to highlight it

If you don't see a table name listed, please drag the red X to the table and click OK. Open the Table Finder again and the list should be populated with the table name now, so you can select it.

Left-click and drag the red X to that table window

Click OK
