View Full Version : HM1 HUD not working with Zoom

Since the most recent update to Stars, my HUD is no longer working correctly with Zoom games - it doesn't update the HUD panels each hand and even when it does, the panels are not in the same locations as the players to whom they relate.

This was working fine prior to the most recent Stars update and I am running HM1 1.12.10b - any ideas?

Edit: Ignore me, restarted Stars and HM and it's fine now, not sure what was going on before, but must've been my issue, sorry!

Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate_Release_1.13.01_29Nov2012.exe

Please check this FAQ - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/641/How+to+setup+Holdem+Manager+to+run+with+Pokerstars +Zoom+tables

If the update and suggestions in that FAQ don't solve your problems please send the requested files/pics as instructed in the troubleshooting section.

but in my case it does not work restarting, I've done everything I've found in the forum to fix it, and I did not succeed

This happens in pokerstars.it

hud doesn't work correctly

now with versione 1.13.01 internal still doesn't work :(

Is everyone that is having this problem on ps.it? The only tester online right now has ps.eu and they haven't received an update yet. Once our ps.it testers are online we will try to reproduce this problem.

yes,the problem is in pokerstars.it. the 29th of November there was an update and since then this problem occurs, the hud appears with a delay of one hand, sometimes more

If you want to help give our testers a jump start on this problem:

Please reproduce the problem and post a screen shot of your desktop - Capture a Screen Shot of your Desktop or the Active Window in Windows (http://graphicssoft.about.com/cs/general/ht/winscreenshot.htm)

with the following:

1) The table manager
2) The tables (including one with no stats)
3) The ...handhistory\screenname folder.
4) The "\rvg software\holdem manager\importing\hud data" folder AND the \appdata\roaming\hem data folder.

Please Zip these folders (we need the actual files in the folders, in addition to the pictures of the folders) and email them, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to support@holdemmanager.com

Please make 3 and 4 the detailed view with the dates and file sizes etc.

One of our testers got the ps.it update but he hasn't had time for testing HM1 yet. He didn't have any problems with HM2 but some other customers did so we wrote up a ticket for HM2:

Zoom HUD Not Working for Stars.it

I have added comments to that ticket that we need to test this in HM1 also to see if we can get the developers to take a look at it. I can't give any sort of ETA at this time.

This issue has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve.

The assigned internal ticket # on this issue is HMONE-186: PokerStars.IT Zoom HUD Not Working Properly

If anyone else wants to be notified when it is fixed please send an email to support@holdemmanager.com and include "Notify Me When HMONE-186 Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.

HM2 is our focus right now. Once we get our next HM2 release out the door we will start working on the HM1 issues. I can not give an ETA for our next release of HM1 since it relies on us first releasing HM2.

HM2 is our focus right now (this is also a problem in HM2). I can not give an ETA for our next release of HM1 since it relies on us first releasing HM2.

Zoom: Update to: http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate_Release_1.13.01_28Dec2012.exe

If that doesn't resolve the Zoom issue, please close your stars client and your HM and replace the file c:\programme\rvg software\holdemmanager\blitz.dll with this one: https://dl.dropbox.com/u/13215305/Blitz.dll

This will only work if you used the default Holdemmanager Installation folder. If you used a different folder during the original installation you have to replace the file in your custom installation folder.
