View Full Version : Registration/activation problems

Recently when I started HEM, the program freezed and nothing happened. So I reinstalled HEM, and it doesnt freeze anymore. But it says "There are issues with your license". The window (see the first attachment in this post), says I have to go to Registration Home Page (http://www.holdemmanager.net/registration) , which I have done.

The registration page says "Your login attempt was not successful. Please try again." I have used the user name and password i recieved in a mail, and also tried every other user name and passwords that I use, but it still won't log in. I am able to log in both in the forums and on the frontpage: https://www.holdemmanager.com/store/login.php

When I press on the "forgot password" and type in the user name, it says "We were unable to access your information. Please try again." So i tried to register again, but it says "A User with the following email ID already exist."

Anyone know what to do? I have both my licenses for both Holdem Manager and Omaha Manager, but I don't find a way to activate. I also tried to make a text file named "LicDebug" in the config folder, started HEM and got the message which you can see in the second attachment.

I do have the 1.11.05 beta, 8.3 postgresql, and I have checked that the program runs as admin.

Maybe the problem is easier to fix than I think, but at the moment I'm pretty dejected since it won't work as it once did.. Hopefully my English is not too terrible and that someone has a clue what to do :)

Please send your Reg.log file from the C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Logs folder, with a link to this thread, to support@holdemmanager.com

I had a skype conversation with a guy from support and the only solution which was possible, was reinstalling everything and use the 1.11.03 version (even tho the program said it was 1.11.04). I managed to start the program and I started importing hands.. But at some point in the importing it just stopped and later when I tried to start HEM I got the same problem as earlier... So I gave up since I don't want to use too much time trying to fix it, since I have another computer I take in use in stead of the one I was using.

Shaggychip: You should try deleting the license file which you find in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Program Data\XHEO INC\SharedLicense
At least it won't just freeze when you start HEM, and you will have to activate the program again and it might work.
