Ultimate Bet tournament's

Hi

I have just started playing MTT's on UB and the HH seem to be importing fine but when I get knocked out of the tournament it is not recording my winnings. The $ won stat is staying at 0.00.

Any remedy for this?

We are working on a solution for this but have no ETA. We have asked people to send in hand histories along with the tourney summary/results files they request from support. Please zip and email the problem hand histories, along with the summaries from support, with a link to this thread, to support@holdemmanager.com
