Rush HUD issues

I'm using version 1.11.04 and have encountered two issues with the HUD in Rush games on FTP:

1. Sometimes HUD stats will not update following a hand after I quickfold - the same players and stats from the previous hand will keep displaying on the table. Closing and re-opening the HUD does not fix the issue (the last hand's stats will still show if I do this). This usually fixes itself the next hand.

2. Sometimes at one table the stats for one or more seats will stop showing. This issue occurs across multiple hands (i.e. if the stats stop showing for the dude on my right, whoever's sitting on my right will fail to have stats display for all subsequent hands that I play) and closing and re-opening the HUD, unlike the above issue, will fix this and show the missing stats again.

I don't think I've seen issue 2 in the last couple days playing on my laptop (small sample size though), but issue 1 has occurred on both my computers (Vista desktop and XP laptop). I use the PrintWindow screen scrape method on both computers (the DWM one doesn't work on my Vista computer even though I use Aero).

Your Vista is updated to Service Pack 2?
Manually run a Windows Update and install every .net framework update.

Try it again with OCR off, and screen scrape method DWM

I updated to 1.11.05 beta 7. Issue 1 that I referenced above (stats still showing for players from the previous hand after the next hand starts) is not fixed. This is on my XP laptop so I'm still using PrintWindow. OCR (whatever that is) is off and has always been off.

I also just had a hand where stats did appear (kind of) for 4 of the 5 other seats at the table but the name for each of the stats was "Empty" so there were no actual stats to show. Never seen that before 1.11.05b7 but I did notice something in the changelist saying something like that was supposed to have been fixed.

Also, I could swear the HUD used to start up immediately for me when I started playing (stats would appear shortly after first hand was dealt). Since upgrading to 1.11.04 stats don't show up until I've played a full hand and the 2nd hand is dealt.

Thats because we have a prefetch bug in the latest releases.
But there seems to be another problem with your configuration.

FTP, don't play on other sites

3. Which type of game(s) are you playing? (NL, FL, Omaha, SnGs, MTT)

Rush Poker, 6-max NLHE

4. Have you clicked on the Start Auto Import button?

Yes

6. Check to see if the hand histories are showing up in the folder that you configured in HM to auto import from.

I have not tried it as the HUD does work properly for ~90% of hands

10. If you open the hand history files, are they written in English?

Yep

11. Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder. It may be just called holdemmanager if youve extenstions turned off.

If it helps, here's a screenshot of the "empty" phenomenon I described above which didn't happen until I upgraded to the 1.11.05 beta 7 (which is the version I'm using, sorry about my typo in the above post where I said 1.15.07). Closing and re-opening the HUD during a hand does not fix this.

Your auto-import configuration is missing a new internal folder we created for rush. Please run an auto-detect in the auto-import configuration. At least one appdata folder should be added automatically.

I am having the same issue except with full ring. I did the auto detect current import folder and a folder popped up. It won't let me add the folder, however, and I can't find it on my computer in the spot it should be in.

I did the autoimport thing and that folder was added to my autoimport list, and I played about 100 hands just now before the HUD started doing the same issues again. I've gotten both the "empty" seats as well as the HUD still showing stats for players from the previous hand once the next hand starts. If it helps, it seems to happen more a.) after I sat out on one of my two rush tables, and b.) when I'm doing stuff in Firefox or whatever while typing this up.

What do you expect that to do? Has it been updated in some way?

I'll re-download it with IE (normally use Firefox) in case the main HM window saying "1.11.05 Beta 7" at the top of the screen is lying about what version I have installed and let you know how that goes.

My Table Manager does still say 1.11.04 though.

Ok, reinstalled the beta and started a session. My 2nd hand at my 2nd table had stats for the wrong players (probably from the previous hand), and just one or two hands later I had an "Empty" show up at the same table. So, that didn't help.

Please check your settings in the additional Hud filters. Can you plase try disabling/enabling "mix ftp rush and..."

Back on my desktop now and a combination of re-installing the .NET framework (I had a couple updates which errored out when installing and after some googling of error codes and crap it turns out I had to reinstall the whole thing) and switching to DWM (which works now, for whatever reason) seems to have fixed most of my issues.

I had a couple hands while playing, usually while I had the FTP replayer up, where stats only showed for the two seats directly to my left and didn't show up for the other 3 players at the table. Any idea why that might happen?

I've recently developed a new problem since the last two updates.

I usually start off fine and then randomly during the session one or more of my tables will rotate the HUD round so the stats come up for the players at the table but are places one to the left or right of where they should be. If I try to adjust this all the other tables will then become incorrect and if I leave it several other tables will soon become infected with this problem.

I used to get them. I've just switched to a wired connection which I hope has fixed matters but I'm so used to the little two second pauses in play I wouldn't have even noticed if they did happen. I'll look out for it today.<br />
