Hey,

2 days ago my hud was showing up on both Rush and normal tables. since yesterday the hud is showing up on ftp rush tables, but there are not stats shown (Hands:0). When I sit out the stats are shown immeadetly. Sounds similar to some problems others have to. But it is strange that it worked for few days and now stopped working without me changing something.

I followed all the advice from other threads and nothing changes. Any solution yet?

also strange, that when I start rush and the first hand is dealt, it shows the correct stats and then changes to 0 Hands for every player.

Please update to the latest HM2- http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/Holdem_Manager_2_Update.exe

1) Go to C:\Program Files\Holdem Manager 2 (Program Files (x86) for the 64bit version)
2) Right click the HoldemManager.exe and choose "Properties".
3) Go to the Compatibility Tab and select "Run this program as an Administrator".
4) Repeat Steps 2 and 3 for HudFuncsApp.exe

5) Run a manual Windows Update and install all updates, including all .net framework updates.

6) Turn off User Account Control: http://www.mydigitallife.info/2008/12/30/how-to-disable-and-turn-off-uac-in-windows-7/]How to Disable and Turn Off UAC in Windows 7 « My Digital Life

You need to make sure that this folder

7/Vista: C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\
Showing hidden files and sytem files and folders: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tuto...torial151.html

XP: C:\Documents and Settings\User_name\Application Data\HoldemManager
Showing hidden files and sytem files and folders: http://www.microsoft.com/resources/d....mspx?mfr=true

is not read only and that all permissions are set to full for your user name. The folder will continue showing read only after that, this is an issue in Windows.

Update:
http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/7635_Hm2AutoUpdate.exe

Do you have the same issue if you create a new empty database?

chrizzOne

same problem after I reinstalled the update, as well after creating new DB

Do you Rush hands all successfully import, and you can instantly see them in reports (or sessions tab) after you've played them?

chrizzOne
11-27-2012, 08:07 PM
Yes, they are instantly there. By creating a new db and playing some hands, there were no stats shown in first hand. After few hands the "-" changes to a "0" in the hands stat for the players I played a hand before. So it seems that hm recognizes that there are hands, but does not show the stats! Maybe this helps you somehow.

I tried out again the steps and nothing changes. I observed the following:

1tabling NL Rush on FTP:
1. Hand: no stats are shown
2. Hand: correct stats appear for the whole table -> 1sek later the boxes are cleared. Every player I have hands on has "-" everywhere except for the Hands stat (="0"), players I have no hands have a "-" in the hand stat!

hope this will help somehow!

played some normal tables now and recognized that when I'm waiting to be dealt in the stat box shows, but there are no stats inside. exactly like the case I described before(H:0 for players I know,"-" else). After beeing dealt in the stats are shown correctly. Seems that on rush tables, the HUD switches back ti this mode.. really strange

Do you have any damaged (CORRUPT) HoldemManager.config files in

Windows 7: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\
You must show both hidden files and check unhide system files. See this:
How to show hidden files in Windows 7 (http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial151.html)

Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\User_name\Application Data\HoldemManager\
For showing hidden files and unhide system files, see this:
Microsoft Corporation (http://www.microsoft.com/resources/documentation/windows/xp/all/proddocs/en-us/win_fcab_show_file_extensions.mspx?mfr=true)

If so, please try deleting the HoldemManager.config, HoldemManager.config.bak and the CORRUPT files to resolve this issue.

Hi!

I have the same problem after updating to the latest version. With previous version there were no problems at all. I've done every suggestion in this thread - no help at all.

Rush hands are importing and showing correctly in HEM, but HUD doesn't work. It just shows "Waiting for hands". The weirdest thing is that when I sit out tables, the HUD suddenly shows up correctly with right names and stats, but after I sit in again, the HUD will stuck to these names and stats and won't update right.

Something is clearly messed up after the latest patch, but what?

I have the same problem as he has. And all the stuff from that link are set with Run as Admin.

I don't understand why are you always pointing out to the 'Run as Admin' solution. I am very curios in how many cases when Rush/Zoom broke after an update it was a problem of UAC and in how many cases it was a problem of something being changed in the Stars/Tilt software. I have barely seen 1-2 threads in the forums where that was the problem, mostly this post which you just made is a waste of time for everybody. It would be very nice if you could do a simple update of the Full Tilt/Poker Stars software and try Rush/Zoom yourself before pointing to that thread.

Is there a way to revert Full Tilt to the previous version so I can use the HUD which worked until yesterday?

After 2 restarts it started working. Weird, but good.

I played Zoom and Rush on both Full Tilt and PokerStars after the update. (whenever their is an update of the pokerclient, or with a HM2 update) And I didn't have any issues.

There have been many recent forum threads with users where the Rush (or Zoom) HUD suddenly stopped working.
When this occurs go over the FAQ page: http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/641/How+to+setup+Holdem+Manager+to+run+with+Pokerstars +Zoom+tables

Reboot your computer, try starting the pokerclient first. Start your game. Then start HM2.
Also try the opposite. Reboot your computer. Start HM2 first. When HM2 is fully loaded, open the pokerclient.
(if you own HM1, don't run HM1 and HM2 simultaneously)

No, it's still not working.

I have every possible .exe running as administrator. Rush hands are still importing fine, and the HUD works like charm on normal tables, but the HUD is missing on Rush tables. And this occured after your latest patch.

What should I do now?
