Hold Em Manager Questions

My dad has just purchased the full version of Hold Em Manager, I currently have a few questions, Because I would like to start using Hold Em Manager as well
1. Are we allowed to play simaltaneously on 2 different computers with his registered account?
2. How do we set up my name to Hold Em Manager and database after my dad's is already there? And also when we start up hold em manager, will it ask what us what database?

HM license only applies to 1 person, they can use that license on 2 computers like a laptop and a PC however you cant share it between 2 people.

Youll just need to create 2 different databases and when you load your HM it will load your database and since your Dad will be using another HM it will load hes database automatically.
