hud not working table manager not working

my hud and my table manager will not turn on.

i have tried recreating a new database, i followed the FAQ and tried those tips. i turned off firewall and made sure UAC was off. still no luck

the hands are importing i can see how my session went but the hud/table manager will not turn on.

help!

I am using latest beta version
2. What poker site are you playing on and does the problem occur on more than one site?
Pokerstars
3. Which type of game(s) are you playing? (NL, FL, Omaha, SnGs, MTT)
NL cash and sngs mtt
4. Have you clicked on the Start Auto Import button?

my HEM has been working for over a year I dont know what suddenly made table manager stop running when i click import
6. Check to see if the hand histories are showing up in the folder that you configured in HM to auto import from.
Yes, my HEM still imports the hands and I can see the hh and session review after. I just cannot get the table manager to work and the HUD

They are in the database, however the table manager is not starting.

11. Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder. It may be just called holdemmanager if youve extenstions turned off.

Does it work if you start hmhud.exe manually via double click?

You have 2 stars auto-import folders configured - please delete one of them.

No, i have tried this many times, hmhud is also set to run as Admin. along with those other executables you recommended.

I removed all the other auto-import folders besides my Pokerstars one. My table manager still does not turn on or pop up. However as I said before, my HEM is still importing hands to its database, so i know its importing, just table manager doesn't seem to work.

If it doesn't launch automatically:
either you have to add hmhud.exe to the exceptions list of your firewall and give it administrator privileges..

or completely reinstall HoldemManager using the full 93 mb installer Downloads and Manuals - Hold'Em Manager, Omaha Manager & HM Apps (http://www.holdemmanager.com/store/downloads-manuals.php)

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?


Add exceptions to the windows firewall for hmhud.exe and holdemmanager.exe, even if it is off.
(turn it back on, just to add those files as exceptions)

Manually run a Windows Update--> install every .net framework update, make sure you're using the latest Windows Service Pack.
