Question about HEM saving tournament hand histories

Hello,

I created a new HEM database. I notice HEM tends to delete tournament hand histories under "Data View." Is there a reason for this? Is there a setting I can change so that it won't be deleted? Thank you!

I'm not sure what you mean, HM doesn't delete any data or handhistories on its own.

Did you loose the results or hands with creating the new database?

No I have not touched the database. But older tournaments seem to get purged from the view and I can't seem to find them again. But when I reimport the file, it says the hand histories are duplicates! Where do I find them?

As i said: nothing gets purged automatically.

Please check your filter settings, gametype, playername and date/time settings.

My filter is All Hands. My Player: (My SN). No Filter. Buyin 0 to 455. Players 0 to 9999. App Speeds, All Games, All.

Some of my tournaments do not show up in the stats and Data View. So I can't review the tournament history.

I wonder what the problem is?

Also, when I attempt to reimport the tournament hand history, it seems to be a duplicate!

Ok I tried putting in 0 to 99999 players and it worked! NVM thank you.

Did you export/import the tournament summaries for this tournies from your old database to your new database?
Sounds like this informations are missing.
