omaha manager question

hello, i have holdem manager, and today i buy pro omaha manager (not upgrade)
how can i download and install it?

First of all, we need to enable the option to see Hidden Files: How to see hidden files in Windows (http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial62.html)

Problems Registering Holdem Manager:

1. Delete C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\holdemmanager.exe.ldat (Program Files (x86) if you have the 64bit version)

2. Delete C:\ProgramData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic (XP Users can find the file at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\AppData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic)

3. Update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe


These are hidden SYSTEM files. (not just regular hidden files)



Or please try this:

1. Update to http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe
2. Create a new text document in the Config folder and name it LicDebug
3. Open HM and register
4. Close HM and delete the LicDebug.txt file


Then enter your OMAHA serial

Though... if you switch to Omaha Manager (by changing the serial key that is being used) you can't import holdem hands anymore..
If you want a combined license (Holdem + Omaha) that's what the UPGRADE is for email sales@holdemmanager.com and they can give you a combined serial key. (+ reimburse you what you now may have overpaid for having two separate licenses)
