writing on buttons weird?

My hem is begining to "fuck" up the writing on buttons in hem, and some things i cant se because the window is to small, and i cant get it bigger. What is wrong?

Change your DPI Scaling to 96/Normal - Windows Vista DPI scaling: my Vista is bigger than your Vista – istartedsomething (http://www.istartedsomething.com/20061211/vista-dpi-scaling/)

HM1 does not support >96 scaling but HM2 does.
