updated to 1.11.04 says root element is missing

when launching i get a message that says:
An error occurred while reading the config/HoldemManager.config file: Root element is missing.

when i try to fix microsoft .NET unhandled exemption pops up

What should I do to fix this so I can launch HEM?

please reinstall your Microsoft .NET Framework:

1) Run http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/dotnetfx_cleanup_tool.zip
2) Install this one: http://download.microsoft.com/download/2/0/e/20e90413-712f-438c-988e-fdaa79a8ac3d/dotnetfx35.exe

If that doesn't solve it, use the full 93 MB installer of HM and completely reinstall it.
