Hello,
I have a new problem, when I try to autoimport hands with HM the HUD is not popping up and I get the error message "0xD0000135"
I saw that there was already a thread with this problem and you recommended to reinstall HM, but won't I loose my database doing this?
I installed HM on D:\ and not on C:\, might this cause a problem?
Thank you,
poilou

Its looking for files on the C drive in the holdem manager folder but youve installed it on the D drive so it looks like a problem with the installation. maybe you setup the main program on D but installed a patch on C by mistake
Can you completely uninstall Holdem Manager through control panel, then go to C:\Programme\RVG Software and delete the RVGSoftware folder if its there and then delete the same folder if it exists from D:\Programme\RVG Software and delete any shortcuts on the desktop or in programs
then go to www.holdemmanager.net and install the full version from the download page to D:\Programme\RVG Software\Holdem Manager and then install the patch http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmUpdate1.06.04beta.exe and then Holdem Manager. If you get an error try and go directly to D:\Programme\RVG Software\Holdem Manager and run holdemmanager.exe from there.
If your still having a problem email me and well do a teamviewer session to sort the problem morny@holdemmanager.net
