Scanner running through tables, not scaning

Hey, what should I set up, to have table scanner working properely. I have table scanner license. Scanner just runs trough all the tables in the lobby, not scanning players. It's on pokerstars.

Things to consider with PokerStars:

Make sure the textsize in the PokerStars client is set to "Medium".
(See "View->Textsize" in the PokerStars client)

If the problem persists please take a screenshot of the whole scanner window making sure all filters are fully visible and also a picture of the lobby you're trying to scan.

regular lobby, textsize set to medium, scaning filters, just doesn't work, whether you select all of the limits or particular one it just runs through and at the end, when loby is ran once or twice there's just a "bing" sound and no results.

Please can you attach screenshots of the following windows.

1. PokerStars lobby.

2. Your HM2 scan profile for PokerStars (Table Scanner --> Scan Profiles). It is possible there may be a conflict in your "Format" section of your PokerStars profile.

Thank you for the screenshots. In your format section you have selected Default, Speed and Shallow as "Required". This means that a table will have to meet ALL 3 of those criteria to show in your scan results. No table on Stars meets all 3 of these criteria at once so you are therefore getting no results in your scan. Please change your format to "Optional" for these tables and try scanning again.
