888 new client Lo0ses hands

Hi. So the problem: one of the skins of 888 - luckyacepoker.com looses a good portion of hands every session since they have moved to a new client platform.

I know you need logs or something, please tell me where to find them and I will happily send them to you.

Is the 888 client writing the handhistories? The way you explain it it seems to be a problem of the pokerclient and not of HM.
I have played some hands an pacific with the new client some days ago and i couldn't see any problems.

I know you don't have a Hud problem but the answers from the FAQ are very helpful with your problem too.
