Hi!

I've updated my HM1. It used to work. After the update ia had to start the service (database error), than the program could launch. Unluckily, all the results and all the hands deleted, no report no results show anything.

I have HM2 too, but i hate to use it. HM2 can show the results when HM1 is not.

Coud you help me repairing my HM1, please?

Thank you,
Elek Ádám Máté

Update : http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate_Release_1.12.11_11Nov2012.exe

This is usually a firewall or windows update issue.

First try to reboot.

If no help, try this:

Start > Programs > PostgreSQL > 8.x > Stop Service

Start > Programs > PostgreSQL > 8.x > Start Service

If that doesnt help delete the \postgresql\8.x\data\postmaster.pid file, if you see it. And reboot.

If that doesn't help you will have to reinstall PostgreSQL completely
or create a new database and reimport your hands.
