View Full Version : new to Hm -problems with fulltilt

i have only just bought and installed holdem manager, so bear with me if this is a really daft question. The first time i log on to fulltilt and play using HM everything is fine. however if i log off and then later try to log back in to FT all i get is the yellow triangle and no matter what i do i cannot log back in to fulltilt. at the moment the only i way round this is to remove and then download the fulltilt software. Any help would be much appreciated before my lap top goes through the window lol.:)

Don't know what you mean with the red triangle.

Please check your HM auto-import folder configuration. It must point to the handhistory subfolder of your FTP client installation and not to the FTP installation folder itself.

* Please try updating to the latest version 1.11.05 Beta http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/Hm_1.11.05_Beta.exe

* Under Vista and Windows 7 make sure that holdemmanager.exe, hmhud.exe and dbcontrolpanel.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the holdemmanager.exe, dbcontrolpanel.exe and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu under compatibilty.
