HM 1 1.12.11 Internal problme whit PS turnament resoults

Hi. After instaling update 1.12.11b and instaling the newest update for FTP i have now problem whit PS results.. its not show correct size of turnament and dont check "sum" box.. it was ok before update. But FTP work correct now. Any one have somethink like this?

Try reimporting the PokerStars handhistories and summaries into a new database.

I have that update instaled. I have turnament summaries saved to my hard drive.. everything was fine befor that last update. Now i try manualy importing HH from ps and its all good but when i'm importing Turnament Summary its get import error and nothing are changer.. i get info about results only from hand history.. i think for some reason Turnament Summary are not imported. i need to know why, and this is only in my case or some others people have this trouble too

Email us a handhistory file + matching summary file where you get such an import error.

Same problem. If i quick close accept/decline window or tourney fast end 1hand. HM not finished him and not save place on tournament.
FTP work fine.

Don't close the window/tourney so fast. PokerStars needs time to write the handhistory and summary file to your harddisk.
If you've closed it too fast, manually request the handhistory and summary file from PokerStars.

Lol. No problem with previous version HM 1.12.11 before update FTP. No matter how fast i close that window.

+1. There are no finish flag in PS turnaments after FTP update, and no finish position and winnings. Also, there are missed some hands.

This issue has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve.

The assigned internal ticket # on this issue is HMONE-182: Pokerstars - SnG Result Parsing Broken since Recent Update (16 Nov) for FT
