We have had a few emails from people experiencing lag on 1.6.x versions which they didnt have on 1.05.09. If you have this can you please post your machine details (including graphics card and driver version). I'd like to keep all the information in one thread rather than emailing back and forth between different people.

I did what another poster advised. Set the opacity to the maximum on the HUD Table Preferences and the lag is gone. It would still be nice to be able to use the transparency effect since it makes it easier on the eye... Nevertheless, it's very playable as is.

I don't think that there is a problem in my PC, because I have already used other HUDs and they worked 100%, with no lags.

I have like 20K players in my database and play at iPoker Network

Please try to do something about it because it really sucks when your hud takes some miliseconds to be where its supposed to be and you are 16 tabling!!! Its really annoying...

Thank you!!!

I moved the opacity to max and it also fixed my lag problems. The only problem now is the mucked cards are too light and difficult to see.

Have you tried setting Opacity to the Max, that seemed to do the trick for everyone else? I play on ipoker daily and i experience lag intermittingly but i think its an ipoker problem because on my local poker forum for the last few months people have been posting regularly about lag problems and disconnects and alot of them use PT. I dont get it as bad as some people though as alot of people have switched from ipoker it got so bad. Might be worth trying it without HM when you experience the lag just to make sure.

Did anybody who had lag problems that were fixed by maxing the opacity, try 1.6.1f with <100% opacity? I made a change there that probably won't help, but I'd like to get feedback.

I'm already using the opacity to the max.

I know that the iPoker has a lag, but the lag that I meant is the HUD lag.

The HM HUD has a delay to update every time that I change a table position, minimize or restore it.

Do you know what I mean?

It takes some miliseconds to the HUD to follow the table new position when I move it, or to disappear when I minimize the table, or to appear when I restore it.

This really sucks because I'm playing at 16 tables...

Is there any thing you can do about it?

Thanks a loooot!

The max opacity solution fixed the problem for me on Absolute Poker, Full Tilt, PokerStars.

I still have lag issues on Eurolinx

If I'm experiencing lag (I think even the hand importing causes lag, not just the HUD), how will each of these work:

1) boot up with no other programs
2) try to change video driver
3) reformat computer (2.8 ghz pentium D w/ 4 GB RAM -- should be capable of not lagging right?)
4) buy new computer -- of course this will probably work but is also a last resort since it'd cost a good amount
