1.Do the recommanded requirements include running the poker client and HEM?

2. Do the recommanded requirements include running TNFT with overlapping tables, frames, preset bets etc.? With HEM?

The recommended requirements only take the poker client and TableNinja into account. It does consider all features of TableNinja including frames and presets.
