Betfair mucked cards

Howcome can't I see mucked cards at Betfair (Ongame) when I haven't got any problem with Betsson (Ongame) and Eurobet (Ongame)?

the reason is... Ongame doesn't write the mucked cards to the handhistories...
so HoldemManager retrieves the info from the Ongame server, not all Ongame skins distribute the info on the server.

(this was causing the import speed problems with HM and Ongame)

I don't understand this.

None of the Ongame sites write the mucked cards to the HH file. However, the mucked cards are shown in the webbased hand histories, which (as far as I know) are the ones HEM extracts the mucked cards from. So, if this is done from one Ongame skin, its very hard to see howcome this is not the case for all ongame skins. As far as I can see there is not anything different from Betfair to Eurobet or Betsson.

Should I be mistaken here, please let me know exactly what the problem is, and I will make Betfair aware of this.
