View Full Version : FTP HUD problem - Pre-fetch player data feature doesn't work

Hello,

I installed the HEM v.1.11.04 (this is a new installation for a new laptop) but the Pre-fetch player data feature of HEM doesn't work now.

The HEM recognize the players at the table, but all the stats are zero. So I can see the rights names on the HUD, but no stats just only after I post the BB and the first hands finished (started the second hand).

The HEM v.1.11.03 in my old laptop worked correctly.

Could you help me?
Thx for your help in advance!

Regards,

We are already working on a fix for this bug.

Thank you for your quick response.

It seems, there is an other problem as well. If I play a session and don't stop the HEM, after the next session, the HUD doesn't work, only if I restart the HEM.

Is it a known problem as well?

I don't think this is common but lets wait for the fixes for the 1st problem and whether the 2nd one still occurs after this.

Should work in 1.05 Beta 12: <a href="http://forums.holdemmanager.com/releases/35199-1-11-05-beta-12-a.html" target="_blank">http://forums.holdemmanager.com/rele...beta-12-a.html</a>

Hello it works now, very thx for your help!

But the other problem still exists -> If the HEM left open after a session and I start the next session later, the HUD doesn't work, only that way if I closed and open again the HEM or close the Table Manager which is opened in the tray (seems the table manager can't close after the "stop import" click).

Is it a known problem or I do it wrong way?

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Is the session you start later, the same table (same table name) as the table you played before?

Just restart HoldemManager when you play a new session?
