Table manager 50 percent open rate

Table manger does not open every time once I click "Start Auto Import". This issue has been happening since 1.11.03 and worked perfectly fine in all the other releases.

1. I start computer
2. Open HEM
3. Start auto import
4. No table manger
5. Close HEM
6. Repeat steps 2. 3.
7. Mysteriously table manger opens with auto import on

I have tried relaunching HUD before starting auto import and after auto import started still with no success.

Am I the only one with this issue?

How long have you waited? For the last couple of releases I've noticed Table Manager sometimes (not always) takes up to 1 minute and maybe more to finally open. Not sure if it's a consistent pattern, but it seems to happen more often when my poker client software is already running -- if I start HEM and click Auto Import *before* opening a poker client, it's usually instantaneous. Not sure why, and I agree it only started within the last 2-3 releases.

When did you first install HM? If it was 2009, it may be a good idea to try a clean reinstall with our new installers.

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?


The simple workaround is to create a shortcut for hmhud.exe and put it on the desktop. For those with installations from 2009 a clean reinstall seemed to help, if our latest beta didn't help.

1) Make a backup of your C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder, and any other important files.
2) Uninstall HM with Revo Uninstaller Pro - Uninstall software, remove programs, solve uninstall problems (http://www.revouninstaller.com) using the Deep setting. You do not need to uninstall PostgreSQL.
3) If given the option, on the 2 following screens of Revo, remove any registry entries and leftover files.
4) Reboot your computer
5) Install the complete setup of HM: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/Holdem_Manager_Setup.exe. You should un-check the PostgreSQL Option when running the combo installer.
6) Test if it for a while and see if it works
