some mtt's missing

hello, i play only 180s and sometimes the results aren't right. when i see data view the mtt is visible but there is no result (incompleted)
when i try to import from the hmarchive folder it says import error and when i try to import file from my email it's the same.

it's quite annoying..

btw, i'm running 1.12.11 internal.

what can i do?

Are you playing on PokerStars?
Are you also saving and importing the summary files: Read the tournament summary section @ http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/6/PokerStarsSetup

some mtt's are imported while others are not, when i try to manually do it from hmarchive it gives import errors..

Update: Hold'Em Manager Poker Software - Poker Tracking and Analysis Software (http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloa..._11Nov2012.exe)
Reimport your hands into a new database: Options--> Database Management--> Connect--> Create New Database--> (set it as default)--> Start HoldemManager

but when importing from hmarchive it gives exactly the same result as in my old db, with import errors.

so i miss some hands and some mtt results.
