Rush Hud doesn't updat the hands

It appears after the upgrade to 11.04 my rush hud doesn't update anymore.

The huds are located on the correct place but everything remains on 0-0-0-0

I think this is because on the rush tourneys HM can't get a correct stack size, therefor doesn't know what to filter or not in the 'tourney hud filter' section.
I changed all the setting again from 1 to 81+ but it didn't help.


I tried to downgrade to 11.03 again but this also didn't help...
... help

PS: the hands are correctly imported and show up in the 'tourney' -> 'hands'

Are you using hud options--> site options--> full tilt--> OCR turned ON or OFF for the RUSH HUD?

I'll try to update later today and see what happens.
Should I turn OCR ON for FT?

upgrading to 11.05 didn't help
switching between OCR didn't help

-1 turn off OCR
-2 hud options--> player preferences--> USE FOR tab--> make sure tourney is selected (and no HUDS have overlapping settings)
-3 hud options--> table preferences--> try all three screen scraping methods

done all steps still doesn't work.

Opened a 'normal' (non rush) SNG and my hud is working/updating perfectly on this SNG.

Isn't the problem that the stack size can only be seen for HM achter the first hand is finished? from then on the hud should be working.
However for Rush SNG's this doesn't work because you always have 'the first hand'. Therefor the stack size isn't know and the Tourney hud filter can't determine the number of BB and this results in every hand being filtered out?
(even if the settings are on on 1 till 81+)


Anybody else have this problem?

Hi!
Rush HUD doesnt update for cash game either, it's always 0-0-0-0. I have tried with latest beta and all tips mentioned below (OCR off and all scraping methods).

I noticed that since the last full tilt update (some days ago) the "Sessions" are no longer classified as "$0.5/1 Rush NL", they are now called "$0.5/1 NL"...

yes, I am using 05 beta 1. everything worked until I upgraded to 04 as well, but there was also an update in fult tilt software...

the problem is however NOT that the hud start and doesn't update as I said previously, the problem is that no names are retrieved. all names are blank and only "0" and "-" is displayed...

Done, it added a couple of folders, but still no stats or names in HUD. The hands that are played still gets imported to the db...

Do I need to bother about the "prefetched hands" settings in "Site options..."? Should that folder be imported from?

I downgraded to 11.03 again but the hud on my SNG rush tourneys still doesn't work (names are correct - all values are 0 or '-' ).

I do see that the 'Hud options' tab includes a 'tourney hud filter...' in the taskbar. Shouldn't this only be visible in 11.04 or higher?
If so, then I'm pretty sure the problem is caused by this 'option'.

Just got a new computer with windows 7. I usually play higher stakes than rush offers, and there are no problems there what so ever.

My problem is, that I get the HUD when I do rush, but I can not find the session, or whatever tab I use. This is odd, because what I usually play is there.

I added a colour to one of the players early in the game - now he's back on my table and everything is still - of 0

Also added the config file.
Hope you can help me because this really is annoying... no use to even start up HM in this case :(

No filters. All new installation. I see all everything else. It was them new rush tables 2-4 blinds and full ring.

Got it working!!!

Don't know why but if I go to:
HUD filters -> Additional hud filters
And I mark 'mix FTP rush and non rush stats' then my stats are working AS IT SHOULD.

I marked several people on my table (to be sure that I already had som 'rush hands' from them when I sat on the same table with them again.

The moment I unmark this setting everything goes "-" or "0" again.
Even if I sit on a table with one of these persons again.

I guess there still is a bug (somewhere) causing this but I'm happy I at least have some stats again while playing :)

Hello , i have the same problem. My stats are all in zero in rush poker. I install the last version of holdemmanager but the problem is still here. You talk about disable all filters, how you do that?

Try his first (worked for me):
go to:
HUD filters -> Additional hud filters
Put a mark at 'mix FTP rush and non rush stats'

There is one strange bug there with Rush. I didn't see my hands or graph. And there was "No Filter" title there. But I've pressed Filter and then Clear and all my hands appeared, then did the same with Graph.

And this was after clean Install.

mogeo, please update to our latest beta http://forums.holdemmanager.com/releases/35199-1-11-05-beta-7-a.html and make sure that site options -> ftp -> ocr is disabled

Please try changing Additional hud filters -> Mix FTP Rush and .... too

If that doesn't help please post a screenshot of a table and the table manager.

Maybe, i find a solution. I start a table before to start holdem manager and the hud work ! For three days, it work.

Same problem for me on ftp.fr, sometimes I make it work by closing hem/ftp or randomly switching OCR on/off, but it looks like it's not working anywore w/e I try.

The "open tables before hem" trick doesn't work for me.
