View Full Version : Really Slow Updating of STATS

It seems my HUD it doesnt work properly . Its updating the stats after 2-3 hands or sometimes it doesn't updating at all . Is there anything i can do ?

What site are you playing? What games? STT, MTT, Cash, Rush/Zoom?

Is your Site Time Adjustment setting properly configured so that the hands shown in the Reports have the proper time stamp to match your windows clock?

Iam playing in pokerstars , 180s SNG MTTs . Iam not sure if the Site Time Adjustment setting are properly configured with the windows clock . My version is HEM1 1.12.10b .
Sorry i just notice that iam in wrong section .. can u move my topic please and answer me for HEM1 ?

Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate_Release_1.12.11_11Nov2012.exe

Check that the hands in the reports have the same time stamp as your windows clock. If not, check the Options > Settings > Adjust Site Import Times settings.

Please email the answers, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to support@holdemmanager.com so we can check the answers and look at your config file.


If none of that helps, please send us some log files.

Enable logging from the HUD options->Table prefs menu and reproduce the problem.

Please email them to support@holdemmanager.net, with a link to this thread and your forum name.


Please attach your holdemmanager.config and prefs.xml file from C:\Program Files(x86)\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config. If your extensions are off you'll just see a file called holdemmanager and prefs. Windows hides 'known file extensions' by default. Show Extensions :: Scott Granneman (http://www.granneman.com/techinfo/windows/showextensions/)

- Open Windows Event Viewer's - Windows Logs - Applications.
- Check for any errors and send the information (Save All Events As...).
