Notes not working after upgrade

I recently upgraded the latest HEM from 1.10.6b (i think) to the latest 1.11.04, and now my notes during gameplay to not show. They show up on the inbuilt replayer, but not when i am playing. I have not changed anything with the computer, and am on the ipoker (titan) network.

Also having problems getting this page up http://208.109.95.123/faq/afmmain.aspx

Don't you see the notes symbol or are the notes for all player empty?

Please post screenshots of a table and replayer for a player with notes.
