For the 6-max hyper turbo sngs on Pokerstars the payout is incorrect for the $88. 1st place is set for $215.70 when it should be $215 and 3rd place is set for $86.28 when it should be 87.68. Also other payouts are incorrect. 1st place for $220 6-max hyper is $539.25 when it should be $530.

HM 1.11.04?

Please zip and mail the original handhistory files (you find them in the HM archive folder or in the handhistory folder of your poker client) together with a link to this thread and an explanation of the problem to support@holdemmanager.net. We will then try to reproduce the problem

Reimport the hands into a NEW database--> if the payouts still are wrong--> email us the handhistories.. + what the payouts should be.

I only see one error now. It is in the $153 hyper turbo 9 man sng. The first place payout is set for $300 when it should be $1,050.

When will you fix HEM so that one doesn't need this operation of importing hands into a new database?

There is absolutely no sense in making software like you do now. That is, all sorts of bugs force one to re-import all gaming history to get a working database. It is simply braindead.

So, when will you fix this problem?

Once hands are wrongly imported:
as the wrong limit, the wrong "type" of tourney, as SPEED (instead of normal) as FL instead of NLH, with the wrong payout, etc-->
either DELETE the hands/results--> and reimport them.

Or start a new database--> and reimport them.

Does this answer mean that you refuse to do a "fix incorrect tournament information" feature to HEM?

Do you have any idea how much work it is to locate the hand histories that are affected by your bugs?

Realizing that finding the affected hands is too much work, I always suggest to just reimport ALL your handhistories. This only becomes problematic when you have more than 3 million hands in your database.

In the past there was a "fix xxxx" in HoldemManager... we had "fix EV" but it never really worked. Sometimes it would make the wrong changes to correct hands.

So, you are simply too bad to implement correct code for fixing the problems, and let your users suffer for it.

I wonder how anyone wants to pay for your software when your attitude is so arrogant.

We do fix the code. And if hands are wrongly categorized you'll have to reimport them.

You should really check your attitude.

You have known for two years that you cannot keep your code up-to-date with respect to the payout information poker sites have.

Still you haven't done absolutely nothing to improve the process of fixing the information. The only thing you seem to be capable of is proposing users to waste many hours time re-importing hands again and again.

Would you be happy to re-import all your hundreds of thousands of hands several times every year? Total waste of time, all because YOU are NOT INTELLIGENT enough to fix the problems.

LotteryGuy,

This isn't 2+2 and we try our best to help customers out here. If you are asking if HM will ever be bug free. The answer is no, it will never be bug free. No software is bug free, especially software that must keep up with 17 different poker networks and all the updates these 17 different poker networks throw at us. We try our best to keep up and fix what we can.

If you have a bug to report, let us know and we'll do what we can to fix it. The rest of the drama we generally ignore.

I understand perfectly well that the information provided by the poker software changes over time, and the software lags behind it. However, failing to make proper adjustments for this general trend is ignorant attitude from you.

From what I know about HEM database & internal structure, there is a pretty simple way to implement a feature which corrects incorrect data afterwards. That's why I wonder why you haven't done anything about it, since you have known about the problems for a very long time.

The payouts are also wrong for the $90 6 max hyper turbo sats to the WCOOP events that were just running.

Payouts currently showing:

1st & 2nd: $220.62
3rd: $88.25

When they should be:

1st & 2nd: $215
3rd: $99.50

Also it seems that there are no ICM calculations being done for the $215 and $430 6max, also $150 9 max. without these cals there is no luck adjusted results obv. Would be a nice fix.
