Hi Dudizada,

In general this means that you have an error in your screen name. Please make sure your screen name in TB's Hand History setting is exactly the same as it appears in a FTP HH file. Even a missed space or capitalized letter will throw off the parsing.

i use it with triple draw and something mysterious happens.
it logs HH and some win/loss but is not acurate. for example i may lose 10bb and it says +5bb
or i may win 50bb and it says 33bb but its not completely off

Hi Arsigi,

The draw games parsing on FTP probably need some tweaking. Can you email me your Hand History files from that session so I can take a look? Please send them to support@tiltbreaker.com.
