Hi

There is any known cards. What I should do? I can see from tourneys reports players cards.

Os is vista and HM is 1.06.04 beta 13. trial

Do you mean the 3bet/4bet columns? If so just select get Cards, this is set not to show these unless you click that to help performance speeds.

Ah, hadnt used this in a while didnt realise that Roy had changed this yet. Just click on whatever button youd like to see stats for so click on 3bet to see 3bet hands and 4bet to see 4bet hands and it will color code the hands and show what % he has that hand

It tells always 0 known cards, so I still have problem.

Any idea how I can see players preflop Cards. If I click 3bet or others. Is everyt time 0 known cards. Even if I try see my own.
Own works perfect is I look from torneys / preflop card / and change palyer. But on from Active Palyers side?

It would be nice to know the solution to this problem. I am experiencing the same situation since long and I also have informed Roy and Fabio about. I am still waiting for an answer...

Are you using 64bit Vista or what OS?

I guess the problem is in the way in the routine the software should use to read hand histories, as it also doesn't show any player Big Hands (last tab in the active player window)
