View Full Version : HUD doesn't work on Party.fr and BWIN.fr

Hi,

Actually , I've a serious problem with my HUD on Party Poker.fr and BWIN.fr.

I've the 10.0.04 version of HM, all hands are importing on the HM archive, there is no problem with that, but the HUD doesn't work ( It's still the same problem with the v.4Internal version).

Table manager doesn't detect any table, even if I wait for a few hands, there still no tables left.

In july , The HUD in version 10.0.03 was runnig well on BWIN.fr, but now :confused:

A solution please ?

Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

Party software (lobby) is completely in English??
Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.net/hmbetaupdate


1) Export any custom HUD configs and Copy/Paste your \Config folder before deleting any files as a backup.
2) Close HM and the Table Manager.
3) Delete your existing HUD Prefs files, so HM will rebuild them to default.
4) Delete > \Holdem Manager\Config\prefs.xml, pospref.txt, and pospref2.txt, and pospref4.txt and exenames.txt
5) Start HM< Auto Import, Open the Table Manager, and test on a single cash table.

Try the table finder again - FAQ]FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Configuring Table Finder to Show HUD (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/60/ConfiguringTableFinderToShowHUD) - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Configuring Table Finder to Show HUD

Make sure you follow the directions exactly.

Pick the table name in the table finder window to highlight it

Left-click and drag the red X to that table window

Click OK

ok thanks for those informations, but it still doesn't work.I try serveral times without of succes.

I had note that the "auto detect" doesn't work on auto import folders and I 've to done it manually (C:PartyFrance/PartyPoker.FR/HandHistory )

Table Manager doesn't find any table, but HM import files and I' ve the result of my sessions. The problem only come from Table manager, and a few gamers have exactly the same problem on our poker forum.

Do you have another solution please ?

I've found the solution with the 11.1.03 version.
HM and HUD run very well with this version.

I've the same problem than OzFrenchKiss except that my problem seems not to find a positive issue. I did what you suggested to do:

Can you post a screenshot of:
TableManager
the PartyPoker table you have open when you start the auto import.


On what type of tables are you playing?

The problem is for bwin.fr.

My nickname here is 'cracker' (bwin.fr). This is an exemple of the problem I have on every games (SNG, CG and mtt). Here is PLO 15/30 CG.

In order to be extensive, I add to my precedent Answer that before taking the screenshots, I uninstalled and reinstall the bwin'soft.

Just to make sure:
When you use the table finder like in your screenshot you first need to click on the table name in the table finder window (Ongame - Orleans) then move the red symbol to the table window.


If you play more than 1 tourney with the same table name (Orleans in your screenshot) the hud will not work as it can't differ between the 2 tables. This is a problem we have for all bwin and other sites and we have no solution for this.
