HUD not popping up for Rush poker

My HUD is not popping up for rush poker, what should I do?

Go buy PokerTracker 3. RVG Software have been trying to fix rush poker forever but they can't because they don't know how to code. Sorry they scammed you with the promise of HEM working with Rush Poker.

For RUSH there are two are ways for HoldemManager to get the HUD

-1 (old method) OCR optical character recognition--> where HM takes screenshots of your table every second to read the player names.
DOWNSIDE: not 100% accurate (makes mistakes in some player names), and does not work for ANY RUSH tourney... RUSH cash only.
PLUSSIDE: works for EVERYBODY
-2 (new method) reading the Full Tilt cache.. (three ways to do this...--> hud options--> table preferences--> screen scrape method)
PLUSSIDE: 100% accurate.... even works for RUSH tournies
DOWNSIDE: seems to NOT work for 1% of HoldemManager users.

To turn on/off OCR go to HUD options--> site options--> Full Tilt
(when turned off--> HoldemManager will use the #2 way)
Most #2 improvements were made in 1.11.04
