View Full Version : HUD not working on Betfair (Ongame)

I have updated to the latest version of HEM as well as changing the necessary import folders. I can view my graph and go through my last hands but for some reason my HUD will not come up. When i open up table manager it has no tables listed and when I click Table-->Table Finder it says it cannot find any unattached hands

1) Export any custom HUD configs and Copy/Paste your \Config folder before deleting any files as a backup.
2) Close HM and the Table Manager.
3) Delete your existing HUD Prefs files, so HM will rebuild them to default.
4) Delete > \Holdem Manager\Config\prefs.xml, pospref.txt, and pospref2.txt, and pospref4.txt and exenames.txt
5) Start HM< Auto Import, Open the Table Manager, and test on a single cash table.

Try the table finder again - FAQ]FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Configuring Table Finder to Show HUD (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/60/ConfiguringTableFinderToShowHUD) - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Configuring Table Finder to Show HUD

Make sure you follow the directions exactly.

Pick the table name in the table finder window to highlight it

Left-click and drag the red X to that table window

Click OK

I'm having same problem but dont know how to do steps 3 and 4. Can you give me more detailed information on how to do this? I'm a bit of a dullard when it comes to pcs.

test on a single cash table.

Is it ok to test on a SNG table since I dont play cash game?

Go to C:/Program Files (x86)/RVG Software/HoldemManager/Config folder



And delete

exenames.txt

I have the same problem. Import is working but no hud. I tried instructions above but it didn't work.

Have done the things you mentioned. Still the tables aren't listed in the Table Manager window altough the import goes just fine.

I followed your steps and HUD works again. Thanks.

But even after reimporting my player preferences, HUD is not exactly like it was before.
I'm using Multiple panels.
The position of the first Panel is fine, but the following Panels are not like they've been before.

How could I restore this to like it was before following your steps?

Choose your Hud configuration under player preferences and click on the "export" button.

If you restore the old files your problems might be the same as before. Have you activated "Use multiple panels" for your new Hud under appearance? panels inserted for the new lines? I have the same problem, hud was not working on betsafe, but the import was fine, i did everything mentioned in this thread and now i have tables in table manager but hud is not automatically recognise them so i must use table finder and it's impossible when i play sng where there isn't any table name just the same numbers etc .i have 3x Table#2 4x Table#2 so i can't recognise them, please help me

At the moment our Hud doesn't work with multiple tables with the same name.
We have no workaround for this problem.

So i must play without hud? Today i started some cash tables and i must use table finder to have a hud on them, thats a big problem and i hope that u will soon find a solution to that.

Another thing is that when i play on redkings or hollywood poker, table manager automatically works on cash tables

This problem is only for tourneys where all tables/tourneys have the same name.

Please use the active player detail window instead.

I did everything said in this thread, as well as in nothers still cant get hud to showe anywhere in table maneger or on tbls. im using W7. i did put to run HME as administrator

Did that all still not working :(. table finer is shoving only that tbl name, no stats or anything and i cant get it to shove @ table maneger.

* Under Vista and Windows 7 make sure that holdemmanager.exe, hmhud.exe and dbcontrolpanel.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the holdemmanager.exe, dbcontrolpanel.exe and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu under compatibilty.

tried everything, reinstalled HM, updated, delated that config files, runned as admin, tried table finder. nothing helps



1. What version of Holdem Manager are you using? 1.11.05

2. What poker site are you playing on and does the problem occur on more than one site? works perfectly for FTP and PS. got problems on two ongame skins i tried (2 of 2)

3. Which type of game(s) are you playing? (NL, FL, Omaha, SnGs, MTT) i tried nl cash + MTTs, PLO cash. no hud for any

4. Have you clicked on the Start Auto Import button? yes offcorse

5. Often times, it is one setting or option that's not correct in your poker client. Please see our Detailed FAQs on configuring Holdem Manager to work with poker sites to make sure your poker site is saving Hand History files. read bellow

6. Check to see if the hand histories are showing up in the folder that you configured in HM to auto import from.

7. If you think the hands are importing the please go to the reports TAB, select your username and run a report with all filters off to confirm they have imported.
every hand, session, reports etc is shoving @ my HME DB

8. If the hand histories show up in the auto import folders, but they're not importing into the database, please create a new database and try importing some hands to test if it's a corrupt database. i tried it didnt work. it only shoved table name and nothing more. i tried to drag the red X in didnt help.
10. If you open the hand history files, are they written in English?

11. Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder. It may be just called holdemmanager if youve extenstions turned off.

dont know what attach means but i did deleate files listed in this thread from config folder.

Attach means connect them to your post so that we can read them. If you really deleted the files you now need to reinstall HM again.

Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Program Files(x86)\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config. If your extensions are off you'll just see a file called holdemmanager.
