View Full Version : Ftp rush hud problem

Hey, I use HM2.

HUD in RUSH doesnt work, but the import is working. I can see hands in HM2 sessions tab. And the HUD works fine for normal tables. Tried using normal sized tables, disabled avatars, I run HM2 and FTP as admin. Changed timezone settings to +1 in HM2 beacuse my real time is +1 of FTP client time (I live in a wierd timezone and FTP has no option for it). Is it correct? What can I do? Also notice that once I sitout and wait for 5-10 secs HUD suddenly appears. And the proccessed hands are not removed from FTP HH folder after importing. Is it supposed to be taht way? I use archiving HHs option.

And set FTP clock = exactly your local time, then set HM2 -> Hand importing -> Site time adjustment = 0 (zero) for FTP

HUD works fine in normal tables, reports work fine too

when I'm sit out in rush tables HUD appears, very strange

I have not heard any reports of that particular scenario. Because of the description you gave where the HUD starts working when you sit out we will need to make sure that everything is setup properly so we will need you to answer some questions and send us your config file. If the solution is not obvious we get these answers/config we might want to schedule a remote support session.

Hi

I'm having the same problem as OP. Did he get a resolution that could be posted here? I am +5 hours time dif on FTP and have set accordingly on HM2

* If you change the settings in the full tilt timezones and then use HM2s auto detect it will cause problems. Since FTP has a timezone setting there is no reason to use an offset in HM2. This feature is there from before they introduced the timezone feature to FTP so just set it to 0 in HM2 > Hand Importing > Site Time Adjustments and set your correct timezone in FTP. If you set your Full Tilt Lobby clock to ET and do not live in ET you will need to adjust the HM2 option accordingly.

Having exactly the same problem. Have tried numerous different builds. Running as admin, fixed time settings, still no luck.

Please update to this version: http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/7603_Hm2AutoUpdate.exe (7603)

Then follow these instructions if you haven't already and if your still having issues contact support to arrange a TV session:

1) Please give HoldemManager and Full Tilt Administrator rights -

a) Go to C:\Program Files\Holdem Manager 2 (Program Files (x86) for the 64bit version)
b) Right click the HoldemManager.exe and choose "Properties".
c) Go to the Compatibility Tab and select "Run this program as an Administrator".
d) Repeat Steps b and c for HudFuncsApp.exe
e) Repeat Steps b and c for \Full Tilt Poker\FullTiltPoker.exe

2) Make sure the FTP Lobby > Languages > Language Options are set to English.

4) Test the Hud out on a normal table first to verify its working

5) If you have any problems with the HUD on Rush tables try the following:

a) Export any custom HUD configs.
b) Open the HM2 > HUD Options > Displayed Stats menu > Click 'Reset' > [x] All Configs > OK
c) Manually reset your HUD Options > Seating Preferences > for your site/seats

Try to reproduce the problem using the default HUD/settings. If it works properly you can try importing your customized HUD again.

6) If none of those steps solve your problems:

a) Please reproduce the problem and email your log.txt file - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/1921/How+Do+I+Send+a+Log+File+to+Holdem+Manager+Support %3F
b) Please answer these questions - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/1421/What+can+be+done+if+the+HUD+does+not+work%3F

d) Please zip and attach the C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\HEM Data folder

hello.
i installed this patch but still not working to rush stt! i tried on rush cash games and it seems ok! in rush stt the hands are important and the hud appear but the data is not refreshed

This is a known issue and it has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve. It is one of the known issues mentioned in the stickied thread about the FTP update - http://forums.holdemmanager.com/hm2-releases/351081-full-tilt-poker-early-beta-release-sng-tourney-players.html

While I don't have a specific date for when this issue will be resolved, we are putting out updates regularly and we hope to have this resolved before we make the next official release.

I Have omaha manager and stats doesnt update in the tables. But when i sit out stats come. Hands are imported well.
I have this issue only in omaha hi and omaha hi/lo rushtables. In holdem rush tables stats come althought i have only omaha pro manager...

Does the HUD work properly on non-Rush Omaha tables? Do the non-rush, and rush, hands show in the reports and have the proper time stamp to match your windows time?

Please make sure you have properly configured the FTP hand history folder and HM2 auto import folder - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/search/full%20tilt

The problem you describe is indicative of the rush plugin not working so it might be related to your settings/setup.


If you continue to have problems, please let me know and I will issue you a temporary license for a combo code to see if that fixes your problems. That will narrow it down for us to know if your problems could possibly be specific to only having and OM2 license and playing OM Rush.

i ve done all ^those things... didnt help on rush plo/plo8 tables. Yeah hands do show in reports but stats doesnt come to tables... And hud is working fine in non-rushtables.

It looks like 6033 was a problem with the Omaha Rush HUD. I'm still not getting stats on Holdem tables with the update.

I have problems with rush hud. I have identical problem as the topic starter. Am currently playing at Ipoker speed with no problems, today installed FTP and hud works good on normal tables, but not working on RUSH tables. Am trying to make it work for few hours already browsing the forums, but without luck... sry just found the solution:

Please reset the HoldemManager.config files.

Close HM2

Delete the HoldemManager.config and HoldemManager.config.bak files from:

7: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\
You must show both hidden files and check unhide system files. See this: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tuto...torial151.html

XP: C:\Documents and Settings\User_name\Application Data\HoldemManager
For showing hidden files and unhide system files, see this: http://www.microsoft.com/resources/d....mspx?mfr=true

Then restart HM2.

You will need to configure the hand history folder paths in Hand Importing > Auto Import Folders
