Rakeback bug

So, I'm trying to add rakeback via options -> settings -> RB & bonuses in HM 1.11.04 (problem was also there before this update)

and whatever dates I select it tells me:

Error occurred when displaying rakeback plans: String was not recognized as a valid DateTime. Couldn't store <08-14-2015> in End Date Column. Expected type is DateTime.

Seems like you are using a wrong format for the end date.

Can you please post a screenshot?

it doesn't matter what date i select, after I press save I get the error message (also included in the printscreen).

I also get the same error message when opening the rakeback&bonuses tab under options -> settings (that is, before I actually click add or click anything for that matter)

Please change your windows currency and datetime settings to english(US) and try again. Does it work now?

I've got windows 7, and the only options to change datetime settings are to select short date, long date, short time and long time. can you please tell me what format(hh:mm:ss, etc) the setting you're talking about (english(US)) are so that I can apply those settings?

Go to control panel--> region and language settings-->
and make sure the date formatting is: M/d/yyyy (and set to English United States) and reboot

done and now it works.
