View Full Version : Ongame (Whitebet) does work
Hi
My Hud doesnt work with Whitebet. I used 04, 04internal, 04b. So all of the Links in the last days but it didnt work with any of them. I hoped the release help but it doesnt.
I also deleted the log/ handhistory, uninstall hm and install new (04internal ==> 04).
Downgrade my security (upa or so).
What can i do that it works?

I have a similiar problem but with Ipoker
Please fix this as soon as possible i wanna get back to the grind :/

Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe
If that doesn't solve it, save your HUD (by exporting it)
--> run the full 93 mb installer again (don't reinstall SQL) and create a NEW database
Doesnt work :(
I installed it but doesnt work. Then i uninstalled HM and reinstall and also create a new database but it downst work again.
Are there other option i can use?

1. What version of Holdem Manager are you using?

2. What poker site are you playing on and does the problem occur on more than one site?
With this Version only Whitebet.
3. Which type of game(s) are you playing? (NL, FL, Omaha, SnGs, MTT)
SNGs, and also testing NL cash and PLO H/L
4. Have you clicked on the Start Auto Import button?
Yes
5. Often times, it is one setting or option that's not correct in your poker client. Please see our Detailed FAQs on configuring Holdem Manager to work with poker sites to make sure your poker site is saving Hand History files.
All hands where imported. I can use and review them. Also the Launch active Player Window works.
6. Check to see if the hand histories are showing up in the folder that you configured in HM to auto import from.
See them in the Whitebet folder and also in the HM archive after importing.
7. If you think the hands are importing the please go to the reports TAB, select your username and run a report with all filters off to confirm they have imported.
Username is used. And they are importet. (cash, PLO and SNGs)
8. If the hand histories show up in the auto import folders, but they're not importing into the database, please create a new database and try importing some hands to test if it's a corrupt database. They was showed but i also reinstalled HM (post under my first post) HM and use a new Database.

I did, but it didnt show any table.
10. If you open the hand history files, are they written in English?
Yes.
11. Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder. It may be just called holdemmanager if youve extenstions turned off.

The configuration looks fine.
Please make sure that your Whitebet client is in english language.
Close HM and rename the file exenames.txt in the config subfolder of the Holdemmanager installation.
Restart HM, a new file exenames.txt will be generated.
Now play some hands on Whitebet and let the auto-import run.
After some hands please use the table finder, drag the red cross to the middle of the table and close the table finder with the OK button.
A message should come up about a modification of the exenames file and it should work now.
Client and HH is in English but it doesnt work :(
Played 20 min nothing happens :(

Support doenst answer but 1.11.05 beta helps so it works now. thanks :)
