View Full Version : Ongame HUD (BetSafe) stopped working..

It's been fine for months and then suddenly today it's stopped working.. Not sure why.. auto-import folder seems to be set up correctly still.. not sure if they've had an update recently or what.. (Yes I have been trying to "find table" with the HUD manager.. says none are there.. )

The hands are indeed getting imported.. just no HUD popping up..

Same problem over at ipoker, but my hud pops up and finds the tables etc, there just is no stats

Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe


If that doesn't solve it, save your HUD (by exporting it)
--> run the full 93 mb installer again (don't reinstall SQL) and create a NEW database

every time I try to export database it crashes
that database is on my pc ? if so i could find it and manually save it ?

But if Ongame/Ipoker isn't working with 1.11.04 final

so tried everything nothing works downloaded the lates version read all FAQ who could help me
at other sites HUD works but in betsafe dont, files ar importing but table maneger dont find any tables

Please update this thread if you happen to resolve the problem as I'm having the similar issues.. sounds like it could be a complicated problem.. :(

I'm also finding that having the HM HUD run in conjunction with BetSafe (OnGame skin) is causing computer problems for me as the memory usage for the BetSafe client as I open tables skyrockets at a rate of ~50,000K / table I open. I've just stopped playing the site as a result.
