I just updated to the 1.11.04 version, and an old problem occured.
If I want to load hands in the reports or sessions tab its takes an extremly long time.
I had this problem a while ago. But then I bought a new computer and started with a new database, noone could solve it.
What can I do now?

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?



For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

save your HUD (by exporting it)
--> run the full 93 mb installer again (don't reinstall SQL) and create a NEW database

Windows 7, normal firewall, AVG antivirus

I always run those apllications as administrator.

And the problem with starting a new database is that I dont have most of the hands I played anymore.

Please remove the 3 winner columns from the hands view (under options-> settings -> hand view columns).

Please try a reindex of your database via pgadminIII->maintenance.
