Fold to 3 bet

On my hud the fold to 3bet doesnt work i folded too 4 3bets pre flop and it still showed 0 after any ideas

If that doesn't solve it, save your HUD (by exporting it)
--> run the full 93 mb installer again (don't reinstall SQL) and create a NEW database

I was wondering if fold to 3bet only incorporates the times when you open and are 3bet, or if it incorporates when someone opens, gets 3bet, and you fold as well.

You must be the opener. If your first action is to fold, then your fold to 3bet does not change.
