HM2 need Full Tilt live tracking of hands

Absolutely needed feature, that already works at Pokerstars. It's main purpose for me to display in table HUD who was the preflop raiser, which helps a lot when multitabling. Another use of it to see HUD stats on players before sitting at table.

HM1 used to support live tracking of FTP so I expect we will eventually support it in HM2 but it will not be included in the next release for sure.

I have written up the feature request so the developers can see if it is possible.
