Can't download 1.11.04

I had this problem with 1.11.03, but I can't download 1.11.04 from the link. Can you help me out?

Open them with a different browser... or update your current browser and clear its cache

Opened with another browser and I still can't download. Cleared cache as well. Last time Fozzy sent me a another link that worked a treat.
