WTF is wrong with my PS times in HEM?

I play in sessions. So when I end for a break, then start a new session, if I change the application of hem to "after" ( current time) it is 3 hrs behind. In other words it's EST when I am in PST.

I have Poker stars set to PST in lobby if it means anything, and all my HH's in the instant HH from PS use the PST time zone for me. Why cant I seem to get HEM to use PST while it even states the local time in my selection tab.

For the Stars Hands we read the server time from the handhistories.
To adjust it you need to configure options -> settings -> adjust site import times.
For example here in western europe (CET) i use 6 for stars

Got it. Now to question...what in the Adjust site import times looks intuitive?

Would it really be that hard to include a very small amount of text description mentioning time zones?
