HEM crashing...

i've read through the FAQ and have done everything suggested but my trial period is running out and HEM hasn't been working the past few days... after i click "try" and it boots up the HEM window its completely blank except a photo of a moon and all of the regular buttons on the side.. but when i click on it i get an error message that "could not load file or assembly 'HEMGUI, Version=1.0.9.150. Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=6ab470301e931f98' or one of its dependencies. The module was expected to contain an assembly manifest.


I've sent 2 emails to support with no responses so i'd really appreciate the feedback before my trial expires!!!

If that fails--> run a FULL install again--> Downloads and Manuals - Hold'Em Manager, Omaha Manager & HM Apps (http://www.holdemmanager.com/store/downloads-manuals.php)

please reinstall your Microsoft .NET Framework:

1) Run http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/dotnetfx_cleanup_tool.zip
2) Install this one: http://download.microsoft.com/download/2/0/e/20e90413-712f-438c-988e-fdaa79a8ac3d/dotnetfx35.exe


And manually run a Windows Update.. and install every critical update + every .net framework update
