View Full Version : HEM tells me to activate serial number after I alredy did

Ive done all it asked, I run it as administrator, I turned off firewall and rebooted it. It was working fine yesterday and today its just being stupid.
EDIT: Also, when I try to activate it online through the Registration System and I put in the number, nothing happens.

Its stil not working, I emailed my log files this morning and havent gotten a reply yet. Ive been using hem for almost 6 months now without problems and today it just doesnt work.

Hey guys,
i have the same problem. I had to reset windows and delete everything.
When i tried to register my HEM-software, it says no valid code left.
I emaild support and they told me to reset it on your website.
When i click that button, nothing happens.
So i mailed you again.
I got the answer that i should send my reg log file.
To be honest, i am not sure what this is, but i send you all the informations
i get when i try to register.
Since then, i got no reply.
Please help me/us!

You find the file reg.log under c:\program files\rvg software\holdemmanager\logs.
Please attach it to your answer for support. We need the informations in this file to identify your problem.
