Hi
I play SNGs. I just played a session 18 tabling $10.40 Double or Nothings using table Ninja. After the session TN said I had played 52 tournaments, HEM only said 49.I checked my account balance and it was about $30 too low according to what HEM said it should be, so obviously 3 tournaments (which I lost) weren't imported.
Any reason this happened? I've emailed stars to resend the HHs but obv it would be nice for this not to happen in the future!
