stats is displeyed but is blank,there are only lines nothing else

What type of game are you playing?
We still have to update the RUSH plugin.

I have the exact same problem. Tried all games, including regular cash, rush, SnG... I see the names of opponents, but only dashes where the stats are supposed to be. I downloaded the last update, created a brand new DB, but the problem isn't solved.

Forgot to mention that there is no hero HUD either.

I have the same problem.
Play Sng and Tours on FullTilt

There are stats on players but they al = zerro (empty stats)

Do you have the same issue when you create a new empty database?
